Why this product exists
Gaugely began with a practical constraint: a small hiring team cannot personally screen every applicant, but a black-box auto-rejector is not an acceptable substitute. The product turns each interview into a reviewable record: coverage, transcript evidence, competency scoring, integrity context, and candidate feedback.
The company is pre-customer and is not presenting founder portfolio work as Gaugely customer evidence. Product claims on this site should be inspectable in the live practice flow, sample scorecard, or published plan limits.
