Acceptance
By using Gaugely, you agree to these terms. If you’re using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to bind it.
The service
Gaugely lets recruiters create AI-conducted screening interviews (voice and video), invite candidates, and review AI-generated, evidence-backed scorecards. A human always makes the hiring decision.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must use a valid email and verify it before signing in.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Gaugely to discriminate unlawfully, to interview without the candidate’s consent, to attempt to break or overload the service, or for anything illegal. You’re responsible for complying with employment and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
The AI’s role
The AI conducts and scores interviews and can email developmental feedback to candidates. Its output is decision support, not a hiring decision, and feedback is developmental guidance — not an official statement about any decision. You keep a human in the loop.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment and tax. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing period. For billing questions or refund requests, contact us.
Candidate data
You’re the controller of candidate data you collect through Gaugely; we process it on your behalf per our Privacy Policy. Only invite candidates you’re entitled to interview.
Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is,” without warranties. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
